So you finally decided to invest in some serious screen power–you order that expensive new computer monitor fully expecting to feel like you could brush the blades of grass in your favorite RPG. You plug it in, fire up your computer, and for a few seconds the view is glorious. Then it goes black.
You try it again. A few seconds, then black. You hook up your old monitor again, hit the net, and discover that five other people on Amazon all had the same problem. Not only that, but these people say that tech support sucks beyond belief and the company outright refuses to give your money back.
Great. You’re out a few hundred bucks unless you want to go at it with a screwdriver and hope for the best.
